Barista
- Greet customers in a friendly manner
- Accurately take and fulfill customer orders
- Create and maintain a welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Must know how to count money, take payments, give change
- Respond to customer questions and concerns
- Keep front and back clean and stocked
- Restock retail items & do dishes
- Learn full menu — drinks and food
- Receive inventory and notify management when items are low
- Consistency in making drinks, food items, and customer service
- Punctual, proactive, quick learner
- Work well with others — everyone must work together
Kitchen
- Able to multitask and move quickly and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Keep kitchen clean and stocked
- Craft sandwiches, salads, breakfast & lunch items
- Do dishes
- Learn full menu — drinks and food
- Receive inventory and notify management when items are low
- Consistency in food items and customer service
- Punctual, proactive, quick learner
- Take trash out and be a team player
